Origins

Mama's Tawaa was born from the love of Indian cooking and baking. Naina's inspiration of Indian food stems from an early age while watching her mother prepare family meals to lavish dinner parties back in Uganda. Her style of cooking is simple and traditional; combining freshly ground spices and herbs to create exciting flavours.

Naina now sets out to bring you her cuisine using family recipes with some new influences.

This is true home cooking.
